That’s why we have more than 200 space technologists covering all classes of trade, who developed more than 3.1 million planograms last year for our clients. Acosta’s highly efficient and effective planogram development program starts with our very strong retail relationships: We have more than 140 in-house space technologists who work on a daily basis inside most retail headquarter offices. This team uses the same space management software as each retailer, including planogram automation programs. We also have our own product-imaging database and training program, which ensures our deliverables are the most professional in the industry.
Our space management team works closely with our Insights team to deliver space analytics that, when combined with consumer demand and shopper behavior data, can truly lead to the best planogram possible for the shopper, the retailer and the brand.
